FLOP, coz other operators offering 1p/2sec call rate with Rs 30-45/month. And per second billing is more economical than per minute! with Call Set Up charge, for a call shorter than 1min will be charged 68p! where now standard all India calling charge is 50p/min. To my wonder Uninor has no flat plan without such complications! and note they did nt opt per second!
